Are there any details visible in it if you pour some water on it? Just to get the surface wet? I've noticed that the water makes some details appear, untill it dries away of course

I'll clean it better when i get hands on a ultrasonic cleaner

ultrasonic cleaner might break lead figures in few seconds, be carefull

It depends pretty much the power of ultra and corrosion of the lead item. I don't have cleaned many lead items, but usually toothbrush and water has been enough and sometimes that few seconds in ultra..

It may have had something on it once but i think the corrosion got the best of it unfortunately.
