Hello,
New hunt yesterday evening (local beach) and again Silver a 1965 1 Markka this time, wow what a season's start !
Also the remaining part of a 1940 foundraising pin representing the Olympic Stadium ?!?
Several commun coins but always nice to find and good to remember the sound of a coin.
I definitely love metal detecting !

I have found just 1 of those silver 1 "markka" coins it's 1965 too, i think i do something wrong and thats why I don't find any 1 silver markka in hmm...maybe 2000 coins?
I think the rate should be much higher

Strange that you did not find more silver (1 Markka). I found more than 10 in few years and not yet 2 000 coins. Sound is close to Aluminium or bottle cap, it means dig dig dig and finally a silver from time to time. May be a bit of training at home with few silver and gold pieces could help !

Hi, may be correct about good start, hope not was with Urmas the week and he strikes a part of a silver spoon and I strike mainly crap need to go to the beaches to find stuff and keep the spirit high again. Tonight new hunt together and hope for good stuff again. Happy hunting !
